Just some quick designs of Mrs Pratt, Trying to exaggerate her quirks to conceptualise her character. Mrs Pratt was always wearing many different colours so adding colour I think will really add to her character.
Not sure if I've shown you this already, but I think it might chime with you - and I think you could look usefully at the character design here too - in terms of strong shapes and simplification

There's something pure about your drawings, but I do think you need to start thinking more in terms of shapes (i.e. trying to think of your characters as objects in space, as opposed to just drawings on pages - if you see what I mean). I think I'd like to see you starting simpler, so trying visualisations that begin a bit more like this:

Thanks for the help Phil! I've always loved that Irish short, it never gets old. I'll give a whirl of simplifying the designs into strong shapes :)
